President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has highlighted the recent upward trajectory in relations between Azerbaijan and Somalia in a letter sent to Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.

Published on the official website of the Azerbaijani presidency, the letter conveyed warm congratulations to President Mohamud and the Somali people on their national holiday, Caliber.Az reports.

President Aliyev emphasised the positive developments in bilateral relations, noting promising opportunities to broaden cooperation.

He expressed confidence that both countries will continue to work together to deepen their friendly ties and enhance collaboration at both bilateral and multilateral levels.
