Addis Ababa, November 12, 2020 (FBC) –

The House of Peoples Representatives (HPR) has unanimously approved a resolution by the Attorney General lifting the immunity from prosecution of a total of 39 individuals, reported FBC

Among the individuals include:

•  Dr Debretsion Gebremichael
• Asmelash Weldesenbet
• Abay Tsehaye
• Dr Ambassador Addisalem Balema
•  Getachew Reda
• Atsebeha Aregawi
• Gebregziabher Araya and other TPLF members

They are accused of rebellion against the government, attacking the national defence forces and other related crimes.
