Kenya’s Macharia : Kenya Won’t Recognise ICJ Ruling on Maritime Border Dispute with Somalia

The Kenyan government has withdrawn compulsory jurisdiction from the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Foreign Affairs Principal Secretary Macharia Kamau said that Kenya would not recognize next week’s judgement in the ongoing maritime case with Somalia.
